Uses

Pravastatin is used with a proper diet to help reduce “bad” cholesterol and fat (such as LDL, triglycerides) and help to increase “good” cholesterol (HDL) in the blood. It is related to a group of drugs called “statins”. It works by reducing the amount of cholesterol created by the liver. Reducing cholesterol and triglycerides and reducing “good” cholesterol reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease and helps prevent stroke and heart attack.

How to use Pravastatin SODIUM

Directly medicate this medicine with your mouth or without food, usually daily once.

Precautions
