Hydralazine

Uses

Hydralazine is used to treat hypertension or with other medicines. Reducing hypertension helps in preventing stroke, heart attack and kidney problems. Hydralazine is called a vasodilator. It works by relaxing the blood vessels so that the blood flows more smoothly in the body.

How To Use Hydralazine HCL

Take Hydralazine with mouth or without food, usually 2 to 4 times daily or as directed by your doctor. Dosage is based on your medical condition and treatment response. Your doctor may start you at low doses and gradually increase your dose. Follow your doctor’s instructions carefully.

Use Hydralazine regularly to get the most benefit. To help you remember, take it every day at the same time. It is important to continue taking this medicine even if you feel OK. Side Effects

Precautions
